Payment and access terms
- Delivery
- An online study supplement accessed in your browser. Paid access starts after payment is verified and linked to your account.
- Monthly or annual renewal
- Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans are paid upfront and renew yearly. You can cancel either plan before the next renewal. Review the first payment total and renewal terms at checkout before confirming a purchase.
- Cancellation and access
- Open subscription management from your account and cancel before the next renewal to stop future renewal charges. Paid access continues until the end of the paid period. After that, you can still use the free Units, My Notes and saved progress. Cancellation and a refund are separate requests.
- 7-day refund on your first purchase
- Contact us within 7 days of your first purchase for a refund of that first payment. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. Duplicate charges or inability to access the service will be reviewed individually. Statutory rights and refunds issued by the payment provider are not restricted.
Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Enter your payment details on Lemon Squeezy's checkout page. You will not enter card numbers on Manga Ledger.
